Quotes Using the Word Envelop
Finding quotes for the word envelop was hard because computers want to add an e and I didn’t want to push the envelope and offer you a bunch of empty envelopes quotes. So here are some synonyms.

Engulf
Take a hot sudsy bath. Light some mood candles. Let the suds and silence engulf you and scour away your troubles. Oh, joy!

Follow that by blanketing yourself in a towel taken fresh from the dryer.

Henry Did It – Envelope
“The purity men love is like the mists which envelope the earth, and not like the azure ether beyond.”
~Henry David Thoreau

All-Encompassing
“Don’t shrink from nature’s brutal perfection.Take joy in it. Embrace it. Understand it and revel in it. Respect it’s strength, it’s wisdom, it’s brutality and it’s all-encompassing power. The highest law has always been, and shall be, nature; and the greatest wisdom forever lives in and through nature’s eternal Fascism.”
~Boyd Rice

Puppy Girl was having the time of her young life, embracing her new surroundings with their brutal perfection. Straining to the furthest extent of her leash, she sniffed each thistle discovering the animal smells they had trapped. When she turned back to us, burs the size of her tiny nose enveloped her mouth. She tried pawing and licking them out which made matters worse. We tried pulling them out taking all the joy out of her exploration.

Just as Vince and I dispaired of relieving her, along came a kind ranger prepared for almost any emergency. He enveloped Puppy Girl with his big arms and painlessly cut the burs out of her face and feet.

“Sound character provides the power with which a person may ride the emergencies of life instead of being overwhelmed by them. Failure is… the highway to success.”
~ Og Mandino
Puppy Girl learned from her mistakes and was more careful about walking in weeds after that.
In Every Moment – Find a Miracle
“Each moment is a miracle encompassing everything: the joy and sorrow, the failure and success, the disappointment and happiness, the celebration and grief.”
~ Kazuaki Tanahashi
For this theme, I chose these photos because they showed something being enveloped.

Another post of wonderful quotes Marsha. Poor puppy girl!
I’m so behind with all my posts, my word of the year, motivation, continues to elude me. I’m currently in the UK and have just had three wonderful days in Dublin. So will have to motivate myself to write about that

I’m behind with everything too, Alison. We’ll catch up. Hope you enjoyed Dublin. 😉

I love these Marsha…I especially enjoyed the ones you wrote. It was a good topic. That would not be fun for puppy..yikes. I remember being young and falling into some stinging nettles. That did NOT feel good.

I’m old-fashioned as I often envelop a letter or card in an envelope. 🙂

Hahaha! Better that than sticking it loose in a mailbox!

What a good guy that ranger was! I need you to tell me how to add links on my phone because I’m stymied. Can’t change the Header either. Woe is me 🫨💗 Happy travels!

I can’t do it either, Jo. I’ll see if I can use a computer tomorrow, then I can do it! But the ranger was a doll. You never know how kind people can be.

Yes, the computer wants to add an e to envelop, Marsha! I remember this as a WP weekly photo challenge and I spelled it with an E, too–jeez. Great shots of envelop! Manny looks happy in the warm towel, and poor Puppy Girls with those huge burrs! Aero’ poodle-y fur used to attract everything, especially at the delta! Love all the poetry, too. Enjoy your travels and the service, my friend!

Awww wow – brilliant post, Marsha – thank you for the mentions. I hope you are enjoying your travels. I loved the manny wrapped! And the reprocessed mist, how myst…ical looking. Poor puppy girl. We had a long-haired rough collie and he was forever collecting debris in his undercarriage. The joys of being a doggy parent. 🙂 KL ❤

Thank you KL. That’s one of my favorite pictures of Manny. He’s so photogenic! You’re a riot, “mist ical.” 🤣 Have a great week, my friend.
