Next week, November 4 will be my last PPAC as your hostess. Although I need to step back, I love this challenge and all of you who post beautiful art from around the world. You have become true friends over nearly a year and a half – the life of this challenge. Natalie the Explorer has generously offered to continue as the host for PPAC as a part of her popular regular link party – Weekend Coffee Share beginning November 11th.
IT’S EASY TO PLAY ALONG WITH #PPAC
- There is no weekly theme even though my post has a theme with murals, statues, fountains, scrap art, graffiti, store windows, seasonal displays, car or art shows, artistic construction, or even artistic neighborhood decor. Photograph the public art that is available to you.
- Art should be freely visible from a public street, freeway, or walkway or inside a publicly accessed building like a library. If you pay, it’s not public.
- Photographers should have free access of use for their photos – no copyrights by the artists.
- The challenge starts every Friday at 9:00 a.m. Phoenix Time and it ends on Thursday at noon.
- Write a post on your blog, publish it, and include a link back to my weekly post not my page preferably in a comment. Sometimes pingbacks are missed. See how to create pingbacks here.
- Take time to visit other PPAC participants throughout the week. I recommend visiting at least two or three other participants in the community and leaving them a comment.
- Have fun! Art is to be enjoyed!

My Choices for PPAC #69 Pumpkin Box Art
Here are three more pictures from my trip to the Pacific Northwest to meet up with bloggers. These are some of my favorites because of the colors. These paintings are on different sides of a large cardboard box housing pumpkins. I can’t imagine going to this much work for boxes that will be worn out and tossed by the end of the season. 🙂
I use the program Everyday Jigsaw to turn my brightest and best digital photos into digital puzzles. I just finished these two puzzles. The first three-hundred-piece puzzle snapped together in two hours and forty minutes on my small computer screen.
Side two only took me one hour and fifty-nine minutes to work 300 pieces. Wahoo! See how I spend my sleepless nights in Prescott.
This is the last bright pumpkin box I have for you today. I got distracted before I took a picture of side 4, so you will have to head up to see Terri and Hans and take a trip to Greenbluff to see the whole box.
