This month, since TreeSquares is over, I decided to participate in Cee’s Flower of the Day Challenge – (FOTD). Like Becky B, Cee offers us the freedom to post every day or when we feel like it. I made the mistake of classifying my trees as flowers for about half the month last month. So this month – no trees. (maybe). Cee’s FOTD challenge accepts:

- Single flowers
- Buds
- Multiple flowers
- Bouquet
- Flower fields
- Wildflowers
- Tree or bush blossoms
- Autumn leaves
- Spring leaves
- Decorative Cabbage
- Berries
Blooming Cacti

Have a great month of September.

The desert in bloom is so beautiful. I have an enlarged framed print of Joshua trees in bloom hanging on the wall in my kitchen.

must be nice to see a cactus bloom, especially in the middle of the desert…

It’s quite beautiful. that was in May. The weather here feels more like what I think May should feel. It’s cooler and wetter. But cacti are desert lovers. So I don’t think they care. 🙂

Cooler and wetter does not sound appealing to me… 🙂

Mmmm opposed to 113 down to 105 in Woodlake or Scottsdale, it sounds glorious. I guess it depends on what you are coming down from. Down from 95-75 is pretty awesome!

For everything, right. Yvette has a nice post for hosting #WQWWC this week about work. That is part of the advice. https://priorhouse.blog/2021/09/01/dont-unplug-book-work-quotes-wqwwc-sept-1-2021/ BTW, if you would ever like to host WQWWC, if there is a topic that you particularly drawn to, let me know. It’s easy to do and a lot of fun.
