This month, since TreeSquares is over, I decided to participate in Cee’s Flower of the Day Challenge – (FOTD).  Like Becky B, Cee offers us the freedom to post every day or when we feel like it.  I made the mistake of classifying my trees as flowers for about half the month last month. So this month – no trees. (maybe). Cee’s FOTD challenge accepts:

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is fotd-banner.jpg
FOTD Logo
  • Single flowers
  • Buds
  • Multiple flowers
  • Bouquet
  • Flower fields
  • Wildflowers
  • Tree or bush blossoms
  • Autumn leaves
  • Spring leaves
  • Decorative Cabbage
  • Berries

All great things come to an end and after searching through all my original photos of Australia, I have sadly run out of decent shots of flowers. Even the indecent ones are waning. For the rest of the month, I’ve got to bring you back to the present. But today I leave you with the dreamy past.

Soothing Sanctuary Blossoms

Meditate on these these soothing seed-bearers soaked in a Soft Mist processing pre-set program.

Relax and float away like a fairy on one of these fabulous fluff balls.

Thank you my Australian friends, once again for such a lovely trip down under where fairies fly unafraid in sanctuaries and flower gardens and children’s books.

Thank you all for joining me for a walk down the floral memories in my mind’s eye.

See you tomorrow back in the U.S.

These pictures are very pretty, Marsha. I imagine you’re home now or just about?

Oh yes, that was four years ago, but the pictures still inspire me and there are so many of them, I’ll probably never share them all. 🙂

Oh, funny, when I saw that comment at the end, I thought you must be there now.

Awww, Myrna. The pictures would make great shower curtain or quilt prints. 🙂

You are so right about that, perhaps you should upload the images to Zazzle, and earn a commission when the shower curtains sell.

Yes, I sell many of my images not only on Zazzle but also Redbubble, it’s fun to get a check once in a while for just an upload, they do all the work, Zazzle and Redbubble.
