“As usual for a Squares Challenge month I will be sharing squares daily, and I would love it if you did the same. However if daily sounds too daunting, don’t worry. It is fine to join us weekly or even just pop in occasionally with your squares. The frequency of your squares depends on you and also your blog. All I ask is that your image has 4 equal sides, and that it reflects the theme of bright.”

Virtual Vacation to Vegas #10 Bright Relief from Glitz

Eventually too much glitz and glamour wears on your eyes, ears, heart, and spirit. When we needed a break, our hotel combined bright with neutral drab to make a rest for our busy eyes – almost like coming home!

I wouldn’t have guessed that hotel was in Vegas – it looks a bit too tasteful 😆

It had no casino. Just a regular timeshare, but right on the strip.

oh how fabulous to have a lovely neutral place to return to. When we stayed in Reno the first time I simply have to try a glitzy place, but by day three I was glad we were checking out to move on to our next adventure as all the neon was getting to me!

Thanks. That’s were we stayed. It was our timeshare, but we have since gotten away from timeshare ownership! We loved the place – right on the strip, but hated the presentations and hard sales pitches.
