“No, this is not the beginning of a new chapter in my life; this is the beginning of a new book! That first book is already closed, ended, and tossed into the seas; this new book is newly opened, has just begun! Look, it is the first page! And it is a beautiful one!”C. JoyBell
Vince is so thrilled with this move that he quoted this author. I did not even know it was a quote until I sat down to write this post.
Living in Prescott is a new beginning every day. We are making friends in spite of COVID 19. The colors here in real life are the colors you see in the art work of Arizona. Never did I dream that a sky could be turquoise and coral, but here is proof – not Photoshop.

“Don’t be afraid of new beginnings. Don’t shy away from new people, new energy, new surroundings. Embrace new chances at happiness.”Unknown
Maybe a move is not the New Beginning on your horizon. But this year celebrate New Beginnings in the little ways.
- start a new project at home or at work
- finish an old project
- make a new friend
- call an old friend
- start a blog (trust me, this leads to lots of new beginnings!)
- get a new pet like Charli
- set worthy goals
- decorate your soul (thanks Abigail)
- write a book
- drop old successes (thanks Steve Jobs)
