Somehow I messed up and missed this great summary post on Priorhouse Blog of the interview I did with Yevette Prior.

AI think all of us get overwhelmed with the internal as well as external pressures of blogging. Yvette offers great advice to help hobby bloggers to keep the fun in blogging. Her readers have offered several additional ways of “challenge blogging.” You won’t want to miss this concise post full of great advice from experienced bloggers. 🙂
I can relate to this. One does get burnt out from writing from time to time.

Yes, we all do that. It’s partly pacing while we are blogging, but I think we do need breaks, too. The problem with breaks is that you can lose contact with people. Some people disappear forever. Like Maria. Do you ever hear from her?

I don’t hear from Maria and going back to my old posts, there are a few folks there who don’t blog anymore. So yes, sadly some folks disappear forever. Blogging is only a phase in their lives and I do agree. The more time you spend away from it, the harder it is to come back. Conversely, the more time you spend on blogging, the more addictive it can be. Do you find that?

Yes. I’m as addicted now as I was when I first started. I had a big lull in between when I was trying to do too many other things. 🙂

Blogging is great in that it is fairly easy to come back to.

I enjoy it much more than I ever did, surprisingly, but I know so much more, too. I’m not coming at it overwhelmed, and there are lots of connections in the blogging community.
