Each week on Tuesday one of the Rodeo Contest Winners are revealed. You are going to love these tall talkes. Congratulations to Colleen Chesebro, first place, Norah Colvin, Liz Husebye Hartmann, and Mike Vreeland. I’m in awe of all of you! 🙂
Hi, I’m Marsha Ingrao, a retired educator and wife of a retired realtor. My all-consuming hobby is blogging and it has changed my life. My friends live all over the world. In November 2020, we sold everything and retired to the mile-high desert of Prescott, AZ. We live less than five miles from the Granite Dells, four lakes, and hundreds of trails with our dog, Kalev, and two cats, Moji and Nutter Butter. Vince’s sister came with us and lives close by. Every day is a new adventure.

I know, weren’t they fabulous? I’m glad I wasn’t the judge.

I did! (except for the one I judged 😂) It was great fun to have a go.

I did the TUFF one and I tried Colleen’s. I made quite a few errors and then there was a difference between my hand syllable count and the counter she used on the word coyote. To be fair, she had to judge everyone by the same counter since we come from all over the world with different pronunciations of words. She was more than generous in letting me try to fix it. I ran out of time. 🙂 I did not have time for the fable. I wish I had, but with moving I’ve been scrambling.

Thanks, Norah. I was amazed at the process and what it felt like it did for my writing. It will be interesting to get feedback from others.
