The narrow road through the stout trees should have alerted us that the final challenge would narrow down ever further.

Sure enough. It did. Such a narrow passage, we had to fold in our mirrors.

Great photos for the challenge, Marsha. I wonder if any cars have got scraped going through there.

Hehe! Obviously I am not in the car when we drove through. We were not sure about it!!! It was a rental car!

I would have been a trifle worried. 😅

It’s been a few years since we visited there! Awe-inspiring! Question…did you create that graphic for the wordpress weekly photo challenge? Very cool!

No I didn’t create it. I think they did, but I couldn’t find it so I copied and saved it from another blogger. Feel free to save mine. I just add the new url each week when I do a new challenge. You have to make sure to do that, otherwise it just points to the place in your website files where it is stored. 🙂

I think it was created by Cardinal Guzman, and there are more to choose from. https://cardinalguzman.wordpress.com/2016/01/08/photo-challenge-widgets-2016/

We did hat trip 3 years ago and did the drive-thru tree as well. One of my favorite trips ever was walking they some of the old growth forests. Amazing aren’t they?!

How funny. We might have been there about the same time. It was amazing. We live about 40 minutes from the giant sequoias in Central Cal. They are shorter and wider, but not extremely much shorter. Well worth the visit if you haven’t been there.
