It’s Jack Skellington from A Nightmare Before Christmas. A wonderful musical. If you have never seen it, I would suggest watching it. It’s not as horrific as it sounds, Here is one of the songs from it.

I found Mr. Smiley in Evangeline’s Costume Mansion in Old Town Sacramento. I just blurred out the background to make him stand out. It almost made a “basket case” out of me! tee hee! ๐
