Photo Challenge: Geometry

Do you see my water mark, Leanne?  Just call me a copy cat.  I love the way it came out.

I was impressed not only with the deep troughs, but lines that I assume the tires made. tires.  When I was an elementary student, I remember learning how to draw perspective, and this is a perfect example of this.

Several of my blogging friends have posted some wonderful examples of geometry as well.  Here are three that I particularly liked:

  1. Marsha, I really think your watermark turned out well. I have been thinking about doing that for a while, but don’t know how to go about it. Can you please tell how you did it?

    • I use Photoshop, but most photo editing programs have it. On the left side is a toolbar. You use the “T” tool to write text. After I write it, I click on the arrow to resize and move it. Then on the right side I click “opacity” and change it from 100% to about 50%. Does that help?

  2. Thank you for putting the link on your post, Marsha! Getting quite a few hits! 😀 Your watermark looks cool, I want to play with it…

  3. “Do you see my water mark, Leanne? Just call me a copy cat.” Pathetic, I know, but I was floored with laughter at this, and that watermark is SO redolent of our lovely Leanne’s! I just grin away at your playfulness. Wonderful images, it is so grand to watch your photographic evolution unfold. Groove,

    • It’s no wonder that I love your comments – and love YOU, of course. Your comments leave me with a briny laughter bubbling inside of me like the tiny white bubbles left popping with glee on the sand long after the wave churns back to the grand source of oceanic joy to pick up yet another frothy batch of jocundity for your next comment.

      • Oh my WHAT words!! I absolutely ADORE you!! Such language is like offering a lovely little fish to a wee sharkie- I am wild. How WELL you speak BRINE! I am so elated I could just fall in the ocean right now. I SO look forward to your comments. They are SUCH a thrill!!! Thank you for this, I must read it again! MOST gruntling!!

        • I hate when my comment box rolls out of sight taking my unsaved words with it. Yet, like the ocean, the box knows no mercy. It does only as reply boxes do. So do not fear, you don’t need to re read this little box, look at your own post and see how you captured my words on camera even before I could get them out of the keyboard.

  4. I want to to thank you for this fantastic read!! I certainly enjoyed every bit of it. I have got you book marked to check out new things you post…

Hi, I'm Marsha Ingrao, a retired educator and wife of a retired realtor. My all-consuming hobby is blogging and it has changed my life. My friends live all over the world. In November 2020, we sold everything and retired to the mile-high desert of Prescott, AZ. We live less than five miles from the Granite Dells, four lakes, and hundreds of trails with our dog, Kalev, and two cats, Moji and Nutter Butter. Vince's sister came with us and lives close by. Every day is a new adventure.
