Sunday Post: Delicious

To meet Jake’s weekly Sunday Post challenge I know there are other delicious things in the world besides food, but MY thoughts almost always go to food.

However, I don’t USUALLY take pictures of food.   Unfortunately, my plate is usually clean or partly clean before I even THINK about taking pictures.  So my idea for this challenge was to find a clean plate with that licked-clean look.  I didn’t have one, so this is my next best thing.

These warm out-of-the-oven are thick with gooey brown sugar and cinnamon topping, but that is all covered with even gooier cream cheese frosting.  You can get them with or without pecans, and with or without the cream cheese frosting.  OR you can order EXTRA cream cheese frosting.

You have to be a little nutty to like this one – but MANY do!

What do you think?  Better than an empty plate???

    • Come to CA and have some with me!!! The coast is perfect this time of year. My husband said he was hungry for them after he read my post.

  1. I’m reading this before breakfast, with my first cup of coffee. And now I know I have to have something SWEET this morning! Won’t be able to match those delicious cinnamon rolls, tho. 🙂

    • I can’t match them either. Have to take a trip to the coast and get them. The weather plays into it, too. Kind of cool, bit of salt water mist in the air or even a touch of morning fog. You just have to have the coffee and roll to take the chill off, but you need a little of the chill to add to the atmosphere!

Hi, I'm Marsha Ingrao, a retired educator and wife of a retired realtor. My all-consuming hobby is blogging and it has changed my life. My friends live all over the world. In November 2020, we sold everything and retired to the mile-high desert of Prescott, AZ. We live less than five miles from the Granite Dells, four lakes, and hundreds of trails with our dog, Kalev, and two cats, Moji and Nutter Butter. Vince's sister came with us and lives close by. Every day is a new adventure.
